Questions owners ask us
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. That's who we build for. You describe the chore in your own words; we handle the rest and train your team at launch.
Do I have to change the software I already use?
Usually not. We plug into what you have: your email, calendar, accounting, drive or phone line.
Who owns the software?
You do. You can keep the code and run it yourself, or we host and maintain it for a monthly fee. Your choice, written in the contract.
What if it breaks after launch?
The first 30 days of fixes are included. After that, if we host it, keeping it running is part of the monthly plan. If you run it yourself, we're one call away.
Is my data safe?
We only connect what the tool actually needs, and we walk you through exactly what it can see and do before it goes live.
Do you work in French?
Oui. Calls, software and training in French or English.
What if my project isn't a fit?
We'll tell you on the audit call, and point you to a cheaper off-the-shelf tool if that's the better answer.
